This project embodies the vision of China State Construction Engineering Corporation, integrating intelligent building methods and green, low-carbon technologies. Located in Guangzhou International Financial City, the Class A+ office tower benefits from a prime setting between the Zhujiang River and a green belt, creating a modern, people-oriented environment.

Inspired by bamboo, the design adopts its streamlined form and efficiency, creating a functional, resource-efficient structure. The tower’s top features an exhibition space showcasing the company’s achievements and vision, offering panoramic views of the Zhujiang River and Guangzhou skyline. This forward-looking design reflects the company’s leadership and commitment to sustainable development.
