Time for Growth

In 2023,Noviotech Campus will celebrate its 10thanniversary.A period in which our campus has taken astrong position in the region and the Netherlands in thefield of Health & High Tech innovation, developmentand entrepreneurship.

At the moment, the campus can hardly accommodatenew companies or help existing companies qrow. Weare running into the current capacity of our buildings.So it is time for arowth. Growth of our campus in termsof area, buildings, but certainly also in a qualitativesense.We do this by taking sustainability as the startingpoint for our growth. This is not only about energyefficiency and circularity, but also about increasingbiodiversity and climate adaptability.In addition, an enlarged campus should also provide better opportu-nities for companies to meet each other and developKnowledge and activities together. Being able tostrengthen community management is therefore also astarting point. Finally, we pay particular attention toour surroundings. The Noviotech Campus is part of thearger development of the Winkelsteeg area. As a citycampus, we want to be an integral part of this broaderdevelopment. With a station nearby for sustainablemobility and a large housing extension in Winkelsteegwhere part of the campus employees could live.
With this Master Plan we are ready for the next step. Weinvite all parties involved to take this step with us andmake Noviotech Campus the place to work and stay.
